Email Rules
By default, all emails that arrive in your Inbox stay there. Rules allow you to move mail from the Inbox directly into folders elsewhere in your Mailbox as soon as they arrive. Rules also include features to forward certain emails to other colleagues, flag or delete items or even pop up a message on the screen for important emails.
Rules are only recommended for people who receive a high volume of emails and are finding it time-consuming to cope with them on a daily basis.
