Outlook Views
Each folder in Outlook, be it a mail, calendar, contacts or tasks folder, can be viewed in different ways. These views change the way information is being displayed, and in some instances can filter out specific items of interest.
Although you can customise the views to suit your needs, there are a selection of pre-defined views to explore.
