Advanced Find
Finding emails from a certain person or appointments for the next week ahead is easy in Outlook. However, what if you wanted to find who in your organisation has a birthday in the next seven days, or whether you have any information on "conservation" or "wildlife" anywhere in your emails, Tasks, Contacts or Appointments. This is where the Advanced Find facility is really useful. It allows retrieval of complex information from all over Outlook.
