Flagging Messages
Keeping track of emails in your inbox and prioritising them can be a challenge. Many people leave messages unread until they are ready to action them, but there is also the ability to flag certain messages for follow up, and even add reminders to them.
In Outlook 2003, not only can you flag messages with a single click, but you can choose the colour of your flag!
