CVR for Bid Managers

Ideally we would like the Bid Manager to both set up new contracts in COINS and develop the initial budget that is used as the basis for the CVR.

It is important that we capture the original intent of how we are going to deliver the project. Hence these exercises should be done by the Bid manager, but this will depend on the size and shape of your business.

Don't worry! The information contained within the CVR can be rearranged at a later date if the delivery team decide to build the job in a different way or change the way the packages are sublet.

There is no additional work here; locally you need to decide who is best placed to enter the information.
